Trey Lindsey is the founder and CEO of Gallowglass Guardian Group; a tactical, security, and defense consulting company based out of Dallas, Texas. Trey served in the United States Navy for over 20 years, 18 of which were spent as a Navy SEAL including 13 years as a member of the Navy’s Tier 1 Special Mission Unit, SEAL Team 6. Throughout his time at SEAL Team 6, Trey held a variety of senior enlisted leadership positions. He also served as a Naval Security Forces Police Officer with a specialty in anti-terrorism. A seasoned combat veteran, Trey participated in more than a dozen operational deployments oversees during his career.
Leveraging his extensive military experience, he has dedicated his post-military career through his company Gallowglass Guardian Group, to enhancing training proficiencies for law enforcement, military and civilians through security and defense consulting, tactical training courses, leadership and team building as well as communications and public speaking.
Frank brings a wealth of experience to Lycan Precision with his 20+ years experience through the GWOT in Sniper Operations, Reconnaissance and Surveillance, CQT, Executive Protection, and Sniper/CQT Marksmanship Instruction. Frank's personal military awards include the Silver Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Acheivment medal with 2 stars in lieu or 3rd award, and the Combat Action Ribbon with 1 star in lieu of 2nd Award. Since retiring from Force Recon Frank has kept busy splitting time between the Force Recon Association, teaching Firearms classes, and working for Anduril Industries. His work at Anduril focuses on leading diverse teams of Engineers overseas for Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) at various undisclosed JSOC/SOCOM bases in high threat locations around the world.

Devin Aiuto, a Navy combat veteran, is founder and CEO of Method Endeavors, whose team is comprised of current and former members of Special Operations Forces from all branches and specialties.
A former Naval Special Warfare tech with the East Coast SEAL Teams, he deployed to Afghanistan on VSO and other missions and now serves part time in the National Guard. Over a decade in private contracting, he has run close-protection, surveillance, and global logistics for government and Fortune 500 clients. Devin continues to direct multiple missions and trainings in high threat environments globally with his team at Method.
Andrew Arrabito is a retired US Navy SEAL, entrepreneur, and is the founder of Half Face Blades. Andy's combat experience and extensive time hunting all over the world are what makes him an invaluable member of our team.

Odie is a Military and Law Enforcement Veteran with 28 years of service at the San Diego Police Department. He spent his SDPD career at S.W.A.T., Narcotics, and is the recipient of the Medal of Valor. Odie has extensive experience working Private Security Details in both the Public and Private sector where he’s protected various high profile and HNW individuals. Since retiring from SDPD Odie has been working as a Technical Advisor in Hollywood for multiple Television shows including S.W.A.T. , The Night Agent, Matlock, and S.W.A.T. Exiles.

Greg has 25 years of experience in law enforcement and government contracting. As a police officer, he has worked for SWAT and a variety of specialized teams, including doing undercover narcotics work.
He has worked for multiple special programs within the government and for private entities as a contractor with deployments in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Haiti in addition to assignments Stateside. His paramilitary operational experience has included conducting surveillance and counter surveillance operations in assignments both domestic and abroad.
Greg is a high-level instructor and has extensive experience teaching a wide range of skill sets to civilians as well as government, military and law enforcement agencies. He is an executive protection specialist, advanced firearms instructor, CQB instructor, certified explosive breacher, K9 handler, and combatives instructor. He is a certified driving instructor and has conducted courses in vehicle dynamics and car con-trol, TVI, off-road and rally style driving, recovery and extraction techniques, convoy and motorcade operations, and force on force vehicle fighting techniques.
He has extensive experience as a security analyst and has completed security assessments for domestic and foreign clients, both corporate and individual.
He is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and owns and operates two Jiu-Jitsu academies in Louisiana and Utah and has taught Jiu-Jitsu seminars and camps nation-wide.

Shannon Daniel is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician with more than 23 years of military service supporting Special Operations forces around the world. After beginning his Navy career as a helicopter mechanic, he earned selection into the Navy EOD community, where he served in leadership positions responsible for high-risk missions, explosive hazard mitigation, and the development of elite teams.
Throughout his career, Shannon led under pressure in combat environments, mentored the next generation of operators, and finished his service as a senior enlisted leader known for building resilient, high-performing teams. His military experience shaped his leadership philosophy: stay calm under pressure, earn trust daily, make decisive decisions with incomplete information, and embrace discomfort as a path to growth.
Following retirement, Shannon has continued serving others as a leadership speaker, instructor, and entrepreneur. He works with military, law enforcement, first responders, and corporate organizations, translating lessons from Special Operations into practical leadership, resilience, teamwork, and performance strategies. He is also the founder of Tribe Cold Plunge, where he helps individuals improve both physical and mental resilience through recovery, accountability, and community.
