Since retiring from Force Recon Frank has kept busy splitting time between the Force Recon Association,  teaching Firearms classes, and working for Anduril Industries. His work at Anduril focuses on leading diverse teams of Engineers overseas for Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) at various undisclosed JSOC/SOCOM bases in high threat locations around the world.
